Aerial Hoop: Elena Gatilova

In my mind's eye, Elena Gatilova defines beauty, artistry, and perfection of movement. She achieves aesthetic perfection to the absolute extent that a human being can - a doubtless combination of natural talent, rigorous training, discipline, and mastery of body awareness. Not to mention a love for what she does. Maybe one day I will meet her and ask her about it!

A former Rhythmic Gymnastics World Champion, Gatilova has graced over 2,500 shows in the famous Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil show Zumanity. Her artistic projects, features and accolades are too numerous to list here. I just wanted to post this video, it is so inspiring to me, personally - just watch!
